The following describes brief career overviews as well as a summary of the working relationships and responsibilities of H Street Ventures personnel:

Julia A. Kennedy
Principal

Ms. Kennedy is a principal and founding member of H Street Ventures LLC. Ms. Kennedy's primary responsibilities include performing financial analyses, evaluating market research, monitoring cost control systems, conducting due diligence activities and providing pre-construction and development management services.

Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1986, Ms. Kennedy began her career performing financial analyses, evaluating acquisition opportunities and preparing loan submission presentations for a mortgage brokerage firm. Upon joining ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc. in the early 1990's, Ms. Kennedy shifted into asset management and assumed property management responsibilities for a 345,000 SF Class A office building in Washington, D.C. In 1998, she was promoted into Development where she performed various development activities including financial analysis, due diligence, project underwriting, contract negotiations and project administration.

Ms. Kennedy received a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Real Estate Institute of Johns Hopkins University and earned her Bachelors degree from Keene State College in New Hampshire. She is a member of the Johns Hopkins University Forum, DCBIA, and Executive Women International and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Maryland.

Lockhart M. Swift
Advisor

Mr. Swift is a principal and founding member of H Street Ventures LLC. His primary responsibilities are to identify business opportunities, build and maintain client and joint venture relationships, evaluate and ascertain the optimal financial structure for the given level of project risk and provide project management expertise.

Mr. Swift started his commercial real estate career at LaSalle Partners in Chicago where he represented both landlords and tenants in marketing assignments, office relocation studies and lease negotiations. In 1990 he moved to Washington, D.C. to manage the lease-up of ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc.'s 345,000 SF speculative City Center office development. Shortly thereafter, he assumed regional office responsibilities and moved into the development business. Beginning 1994 he assumed overall project responsibility for over 20 development projects with funding requirements in excess of $300 million.

Mr. Swift received an M.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, IL and a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University. He is a member of DCBIA, ICSC, NAIOP and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Illinois.
